HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. They refused to do a price adjustment for some absurd reason. They are now holding my new order hostage until they’ve run the return window for my original order. Have emailed endlessly and they provide useless pre written messages. This was a gift for my husband and they have absolutely ruined it.

Extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering from them again.

Purchased a pair of Valentino rockstud sandals and less than two months the and only a few wears the side just came apart. Googled and seen numerous threads about this fault with these sandals. Cettire customer service said they couldn’t help as this was “wear and tear” despite this clearly being a faulty product. Advised to go to Valentino to get them fixed, when I contacted Valentino they advised Cettire is not an authorised seller. Wish I bought direct or from another site.

Ordered a pair of Loro Piana sneakers. They were about 35% less than in the Loro Piana store. Shipped out in 2 days, recieved in about a week. Well packaged, without a doubt authentic and will definitely buy all my future Loro Piana, Zegna and Brunello Cucinelli items from Cettire again!

Barbour double breasted trench, description, photos and sizing guide were extremely helpful including advice about sizing for winter jackets. Cettire was comparably priced to other sites including the brand site. International postage to Australia was without fault - free, prompt with regular updates. I recieved three days earlier than expected. Extremely happy with jacket and the Cettire site - recommend and will return.
