This was my first time ordering from Cettire and I was a bit unsure because I’d seen some mixed reviews. But the shipping ended up being faster than I expected, my item arrived in about 4 days and the tracking updated fine once it got going. I’m giving 4 stars because the dispatch email came a little late, so at first I wasn’t sure if the order was actually moving. But once it shipped, it arrived quickly and everything was packed well enough

I was disappointed when this arrived. My sister was with me when I opened it, and the box was already crushed. The jacket itself also had some marks on it, so it definitely didn’t feel new or well cared for during shipping.

This was a hit or miss experience for me. I ended up waiting weeks just to get my money back, which was really frustrating and made the whole thing feel like more hassle than it was worth.

I was relieved that my refund came through so quickly. It’s just decent customer service to make things right without making people chase it down, and I appreciated that they handled it promptly.

I was expecting quicker responses and a bit more support, but the replies came late and didn’t really help much when they did arrive

cettire does have some nice pieces, I’ll give them that, and the site looks like it should have way more going on. But when I actually started looking for specific designers, the selection felt thin. A few brands I expected either weren’t there at all or had barely anything available. It’s fine for casual browsing, but if you’re hoping for a lot of choice, it’s not exactly the treasure trove it seems like at first.

I found what I was looking for really fast, which was such a relief. Who doesn’t love when things are quick and easy??

The box was clean, not crushed, and the item was wrapped well with the tags and dust bag included. Nothing felt cheap or thrown together. Delivery took a few days, but that wasn’t a problem for me. Overall, I’m happy with how everything arrived

Even with the discount, it still felt a bit overpriced to me. Maybe I’m being too picky, but I just didn’t feel like the value matched what I paid.

My order did show up on time, so that part was fine 👍 But i didn’t feel totally comfortable with the product once I opened it. The packaging seemed a little off, and a few details didn’t really match what I’ve seen from the brand before. I’m not saying it was fake, but it made me unsure enough that I probably wouldn’t buy expensive items from Cettire again. Customer service was slow too, which didn’t exactly make me feel better 😕

I can usually find my size in stock, which is always a relief. I just wish some of the items held up a little longer... still, I keep coming back because the fit is usually right.
